Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

   • The competition is open to participants worldwide who have a valid Steam account.

   • Participants must have registered their email and Steam User ID at www.chickenfeet.digital/competitions to be eligible to take part.

2. Entry Requirements:

   • Participants must submit their replays to the supplied Steam Community Hub and Discord channels only.  Entries must be original works created by the participant.

   • Multiple entries per person are allowed, but each entry must be submitted separately.

3. Competition Categories:

   • The competition consists of the following categories: Fastest completion, Play of the Week, Best comeback of the week.

   • Participants may enter one or multiple categories, but each category requires a separate entry.

4. Submission Deadline:

   • All entries must be submitted by 12pm 20th June, AEST

5. Judging and Winners:

   • Entries will be judged based on creativity, use of game mechanics, efficiency and entertainment factor.

   • Winners will be selected internally by staff of  Chicken Feet Digital Pty Ltd.

   • The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding their decision.

6. Prizes:

   • Prizes for each category will be as follows: Top 3 places.

     • Fastest completion of 'Normal' game difficulty - 3 x $25

     • Fastest completion of 'Difficult' game difficulty - 3 x $50

     • Fastest completion of 'Excessive' game difficulty - 3 x $100

     • Play of the Week - 1 x $100

     • Come Back of the Week - 1 x $100

   • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other substitutes.

7. Notification of Winners:

   • Winners will be notified via email within 3 days after the submission deadline.

   • Winners must respond to the notification email within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond within this period may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

8. Publicity and Promotion:

   • By entering the competition, participants agree that their entries may be used for promotional purposes by Chicken Feet Digital Pty Ltd

   • Participants grant Chicken Feet Digital Pty Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display their entries in connection with the competition and its promotion.

9. Privacy:

   • Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties without permission.

10. Disqualification:

    • Chicken Feet Digital Pty Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

11. Modification or Termination:

    • Chicken Feet Digital Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event that it becomes technically corrupted or is not capable of running as planned.

12. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
